Mon:  10 Min. W/U, 8x 300 Meter Repeats W/300 Meter Rest, 20 Min. Cool Down

Tue:  45 Min. Easy Run

Wed:  10 Min. W/U, 4x 600 Meter Repeats (Acceleration Drills…1st 200 Medium, 2nd 200 Fast, 3rd 200 Medium), 20 Min. Cool Down

Thu:  45 Min. Easy Run

Fri:  30 Min. Easy Run W/10x 100 Meter Repeats

Sat:  80 Min. Long Run

– Developmental Group

Mon:  10 Min. W/U, 5 x 30 Second Sprints W/3 Min. Rest, 10 Min. Cool Down

Tue:  2o Min. Easy Run

Wed:  10 Min. W/U, 100 Meter Relays (8x 100 Meters), 10 Min. Cool Down

Thu:  20 Min. Easy Run

Fri:  Off

Sat:  30 Min. Run W/Exercises
