Training For 12 – 17 March (Recovery/Strength Week)

Competition Group:

 

Mon:  3 to 4 Miles Easy Run

Tue:  3 to 4 Miles Easy Run

Wed:  10 Min. W/U, Team Lake Relays (4 to 6x Laps)

Thu:  3 to 4 Miles Easy Run

Fri:  30 Min. Run, 10x 100 Meter Repeats + Drills

Sat:  Long Run (6 to 8 Miles) + 6x Hill Repeats

 

Developmental Group:

 

Mon:  25 Min. Easy Run

Tue:  20 Min. Easy Run

Wed:  10 Min. W/U, Team Lake Relays (2x Laps)

Thu:  20 Min. Easy Run

Fri:  Off

Sat:  30 Min. Easy Run + 2x Hill Repeats
