Competition Group:

 

Mon.  10 Min. W/U, 8x 400 Meter Repeats W/2 Min. Rest, 10 to 15 Min. Cool Down

Tue.  Easy Run 3 to 4 Miles

Wed.  10 Min. W/U, 10x 200 Meter Repeats W/200 Meter Jog Rest, 10 to 15 Min. Cool Down

Thu.  Easy Run 3 to 4 Miles

Fri.  3 to 4 Miles 10x 100 Meter Repeats (Focus on Form)

Sat.  Long Run 6 to 8 Miles

 

Developmental Group:

 

Mon.  10 Min. W/U, 6x 30 Second Repeats W/3 Min. Rest, 10 Min. Cool Down

Tue.  20 Min. Easy Run

Wed.  10 Min. W/U, 6x 100 Meter Repeats W/3 Min. Rest, 10 Min. Cool Down

Thu.  20 Min. Easy Run

Fri.  Off

Sat.  30 Min. Easy Run
