Training For 25 – 31 December (Speed Week)

Monday:  Easy Run (45 Minutes)

Tuesday:  10 Min. W/U, 8x 400 Meter (Zack/Adrian/Giovanni/Vanessa) or 4 – 6x 400 Meter Repeats W/400 Meter Rest, 10 Min. Cool Down

Wednesday:  Easy Run (45 to 60 Minutes)

Thursday:  10 Min. W/U, 6x 300 Meter Repeats W/300 Meter Rest, 10 Min. Cool Down

Friday:  Easy Run (30 Minutes) W/10x 100 Meter Strides

Saturday:  10 Min. W/U, Race, 30 Min. Cool Down
