Training For 24 – 30 JUN (Race Prep Week)

Mon:  10 Min. W/U, 1x 900 Meter, 600 Meter, 300 Meter Repeats W/2 Min. Rest, 20 Min. Cool Down

Tue:  3 to 5 Miles Easy Run

Wed:  10 Min. W/U, 30 Min. Easy Run, 6 to 8x 150 Meter Race Pace Strides

Thu:  Race or 3 to 5 Miles Easy Run

Fri:  Race or 30 Min. Easy Run

Sat:  Race or 60 to 90 Min. Long Run

Sun:  Race or Rest
