Competition Group:

 

Mon:  3 to 4 Miles Easy Run

Tue:  10 Min. W/U, 2 to 3x 1600 Meter Repeats W/3 Min. Rest, 20 to 30 Min. Cool Down

Wed:  3 to 4 Miles Easy Run

Thu:  10 Min. W/U, 20-30 Min. Tempo W/2x 800 Meter Repeats

Fri:  30 Min. Easy Run W/10x Strides

Sat:  Race (Track Meet ‘Cape Fear Flyers Invitational’ @ Wilmington, NC), 60 Min. Long Run
