Training For 3 – 8 December (Speed Week)

Competition Group:

Mon: 1 Mile W/U, 10x 400 Meter Intervals W/60 Seconds Rest, 2x 200 Meter Repeats W/200 Meter Jog, 2 Mile Cool Down.

Tue: 6 Miles Easy Run

Wed: 1 Mile W/U, 8x 200 Intervals W/200 Meter Rest, 2 Mile Cool Down

Thu: 6 Miles Easy Run

Fri: 10 Min. Easy Run, 20 Min. Threshold Run, 10 Min. Easy Run

Sat: 8 to 10 Mile Long Run
