Kettlebell Workout 1:

Use a Kettlebell you are comfortable with and focus on good form...

1st Set: 10x Double Arm Swing

Rest for 1 Min.

2nd Set: 5x Right Arm Swing, 5x Left Arm Swing

Rest for 2 Min.

3rd Set: 5x Right Arm Clean, 5x Left Arm Clean

Rest for 2 Min.

4th Set: 5x Right Arm Press, 5x Left Arm Press

Repeat Sets 1 to 4 three more times...

Kettlebell Workout 2:

Use a Kettlebell you are comfortable with and focus on good form...

1st Set: 1x Right Arm Clean and Press, 1x Left Arm Clean and Press

Rest for 3 Min.

2nd Set: 2x Right Arm Clean and Press, 2x Left Arm Clean and Press

Rest for 3 Min.

3rd Set: 3x Right Arm Clean and Press, 3x Left Arm Clean and Press

Rest for 3 Min.

4th Set: 4x Right Arm Clean and Press, 4x Left Arm Clean and Press

Repeat Sets 1 to 4 three more times...

Kettlebell Workout 3:

Use a Kettlebell you are comfortable with and focus on good form...

1st Set: 10x Double Arm Swing

Rest for 1 Min.

2nd Set: 5x Right Arm Press, 5x Left Arm Press

Rest for 1 Min.

3rd Set: 10x Double Arm Swing

Rest for 1 Min.

4th Set: 5x Right Arm Clean, 5x Left Arm Clean

Rest for 1 Min.

5th Set: 10x Double Arm Swing

Repeat Sets 1 to 5 three more times...
