One of the co-founders of the Franklin Elite Athetics Track Club along with his wife, Janeth Alder. He has vast experience with running having run in a multi-state winning XC and track team in high school and then on an athletic scholarship for BYU university. He has an extensive background in strength training and a Masters Degree in Sports Administration with an emphasis in Coaching.

The other co-founder of Franklin Elite, who’s life has been dedicated to running. Janeth grew up in a small town in Ecuador and through running she competed well enough to be recruited to run and compete for four years for BYU in the US. Her list of accomplishments is long. She has competed at the World Cross Country championships, the Barcelona Olympics and has traveled around the world running professionally to name a few. She has a wealth of experience and her dream and passion for the sport inspire all her athletes.
